Hi, my name is Liesa. Welcome to my blog!

I am a Baptist pastor's wife and a retired homeschool mother. It's an honor to have such a high calling on my life. I wear many HATS, and although my hats get torn and tattered at times, I'm a willing servant and my desire is to be the best I can be for Christ.

My husband Scot and I have been married since June, 1985. Scot is an independent Baptist pastor. We are proud parents to Noelle and Cale. The very best thing about me is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I accepted His great salvation April 26, 1979.

My hobbies include reading, writing, Laker Basketball and Braves Baseball. I have been singing most of my life. I enjoy playing the piano (by ear) and I enjoy speaking at ladies events whenever God gives me the opportunity. And of course, I love doing just about anything with my wonderful family and friends.

I collect churches, houses, Christmas ornaments, glassware, pottery, and dishes.

Some of my favorite things include daisies, pink roses, cream roses, black coffee, the color pink, book stores, pretty gift books, strawberry cheesecake ice cream, watermelon, heart motifs, pictures, good hair days ....

My goal is to carry my candle and light my world.

Deuteronomy 6:5-9 (King James Version)

5 And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.

the delight of His heart.

with you as He has
