Mandarin-chicken salad

My lunch. This is one of my favorite salads. I put a bed of spinich leaves on a plate, sprinkle chopped bell pepper and chopped onion on it, drizzle a little ranch on it, top it with grilled or fried chicken and mandarin oranges. I usually put sunflower seeds, but forgot I had some today. Yummy!
