The Spartans ran in a XC meet yesterday at Tippah Lake in Ripley.
First of all, the scenery was just gorgous! One of the prettiest parks I've ever seen. The course was rough, or so the runners said. It was pretty hilly! The team did great as always. After the race, some of the spartans and their families pic-nicked in a shade at the park. We all had a very nice time eating and fellowshipping. The kids all played ultimate frisbee and most of them ended up jumping in the lake! The sad thing about yesterday is I forgot my camera. David sent me some pic's of Cale.
