Thursday's Supper

Some of you moms, or dads might enjoy this
easy and quick recipe.

Taco Goulash

Brown 1 pound ground beef. drain.
Add 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning. stir well.
To this, add:
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can rotel
1 can drained black beans (can use red or pintos)
1 can drained whole kernel corn
Mix all of this together. You can also cook chopped
onions in with your beef.
Place dorito's or regular tortillo chips in a casserole dish.
Pour the mixture over chips. Spread evenly.
Bake at 325 degrees until hot through and through.
Serve with chips. I also like to add a dollop of sour cream.
