I've meant to blog about this for months now...but never did. Coach Heather held a Cross Country Camp for the Spartans this past summer. The boys camp was from Sunday night until Wednesday afternoon. The girls camp was from Wednesday afternoon until Saturday morning. I think I have my days correct. Cale had a wonderful time. They swam, played games, worked out, and ran.
