5K's-Run Cale Run

This was the Spartans first practice since last season. It was so good to be reunited!

Our friends, Mrs. Lisa, Natalie, and Bethany surprised us at practice and came to visit with me. We walked (and talked) while the XC team ran. After practice, we all went and ate supper together at McAlisters. Bro. Tony met us there. Supper was delicious and so was the fellowship.
