Saturday, November 7th, Cale & a few of the other Spartans ran in a 5K in Amory, MS. Very few people ran that day, but we all had a good time. The people in charge of this run were all very nice and generous with prizes and trophies. The money went toward scholarships for students wanting a career in education.

I sat in the van with Leah and Sam during the race. They watched part of a movie. Roan, their mother parked so we could watch the race from the van. Leah, Sam, and I stayed toasty warm! They were well behaved and very sweet and fun!

Inside was a beautiful fall harvest angel.

Last minute coaching!
Almost 200 boys ran in this division. I just sort rounded off in my head, I'm guessing over one thousand runners participated Saturday. There were runners in every direction that I looked!
